Design Review and Technical Services for the construction of a helicopter refuelling facility in compliance with JIG 4 (Aviation Fuel Quality Control & Operating Standards for Smaller Airports).

• Review of the Detailed Design (DD) for the full project, including drawings, equipment, facilities, and Material Take-Off (MTO).
• Assessment of the construction of the new helicopter refuelling facility for compliance with international standards, specifically JIG 4.
• Technical services to confirm the safe and efficient filling, flushing, and commissioning of the fuel facilities, including preparation of the required method statements.
• On-site wet commissioning and operator training covering all aspects of fuel handling, filtration, and helicopter refuelling operations.
