Our company has undertaken the comprehensive renovation and functional upgrade of Building D and part of Building B at the Averof Complex (26–28 Averof Street, Perissos). The project involves an extensive intervention within existing facilities, aiming to transform them into modern, safe, and efficient working environments.

The scope of works includes full architectural, structural, and MEP interventions, structural strengthening of the load-bearing system, as well as partial change of use from industrial to office space and parking facilities. In parallel, specialized high-spec installations are incorporated, such as raised access floors, advanced façade and framing systems, and state-of-the-art glass partition systems, ensuring high aesthetics, functionality, and durability.

The project has been designed for execution in full compliance with the employers’ technical specifications and the safety requirements of an active building complex, with the objective of delivering a contemporary, flexible, and high-performance working environment.
